Key Staff are a care and registered nursing agency, providing experienced carers and nurses to private sector, NHS and not for profit care homes and independant hospitals.
The brief for the website design was to represent a highly specialised agency with strict adherance to the guidelines for qualification and training of nurses and carers. High quality candidates are in much demand in this market, so appealing to such individuals was also an objective for the design. The final design satisfied the brief with attention to detail in consistent styling of each element and avoidance of cliché in images.
The development of the website was based on our very own Fingertips CMS, integrated with several bespoke front end features such as a candidate application form (with CV upload) and a a job board; allowing the client to post job opportunities in a variety of categories.
